Our summer programs focus on STREAM (Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics), learning, and family fun. This year’s theme “Unearth a Story” is part of the Collaborative Summer Reading Program.
What is the Summer Reading Program all about?
The Summer Reading Program is a nation-wide initiative to combat the 'summer slide,' in which some children are at risk of showing a decline in reading skills over the summer break. The Vineland Public Library provides free fun and educational programming to encourage children to engage their literacy, mathematical, creative, and critical thinking skills.
What kind of programs will the Vineland Public Library have this summer?
This year we are offering:
- Weekly story times and reading groups for ages 0-12.
- Weekly programming for teens ages 13-18.
- Family Night events for ages 0-12 featuring musciains, puppeteers, magicians, and more!
For a full list of our events, please visit our registration page at
Vineland Public Library | Linktree.
Children younger than age 9 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the library.
Please register each child separately. Supplies are limited. If each child is not registered separately, we cannot guarentee that there will be supplies available for them.
