I understand that my matches can be scheduled for ANY DAY throughout my specific draw(s) week(s), and that if I cannot make my scheduled match for any reason, I may have to forfeit. A special scheduling request must be made via email to the MVHTA, in advance, and will be taken into consideration, but is not guaranteed.
