We help identify opportunities, prepare applications, submit them for you, track activity, and support you throughout the 30-day service period — while you stay responsible for interviews, assessments, background checks, onboarding, and other steps that require you personally.

3. Agreement + Invoice
If approved, you’ll receive the Get Hired service agreement and invoice.
4. Make Payment
After reviewing and signing your agreement, complete payment securely through Square.
5. Complete Your Intake
Once payment is complete, you’ll receive your detailed client intake so we can learn about your experience, goals, preferences, and job-search parameters.
6. Kickoff
After intake is completed, you’ll receive kickoff instructions and the information needed to begin your 30-day service.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you actually apply for jobs for me?
Yes. After onboarding and authorization, The Second Paycheck may search for appropriate opportunities and prepare and submit applications on your behalf within the job-search preferences and parameters you establish.
Do I need a separate job-search email?
Yes. We strongly prefer a dedicated job-search email for Get Hired so employer communications stay organized and separate from your personal inbox.
Do I approve every application before it is submitted?
Not necessarily. During onboarding, you establish the roles, locations, compensation preferences, and other parameters we should follow. Applications may then be submitted within those parameters using information you provided or approved. Questions requiring personal judgment or sensitive information are not guessed on your behalf.
What happens if I get hired before the 30 days are over?
Getting hired early does not automatically create a refund or prorated refund. Your payment covers the personalized services performed during the service period, subject to the terms of your signed service agreement.
Is applying for a founding-client spot the same as purchasing?
No. Submitting this application does not require payment. We review your application first. If approved, you’ll receive the service agreement and invoice before you decide whether to move forward.
