1. Prices are in USD and I work with Wise / Payoneer only, via invoice. The payment will be upfront, after the sketch ; My only contacts are all in this link https://rexbyrne.carrd.co/
2. I cannot offer full or partial refunds. Due to currency differences, It's like I'd be paying someone for canceling a commission. Full refund will only be issued if I need to cancel the commission due to unforeseen circumstances. There will be no refund otherwise.
3. I will not accept requests that include hateful/violent content.
4. Complex designs/machines will be accepted on a case-by-case basis if I feel that I am able to draw it for you.
5. I will not tolerate any abusive language and can refuse to complete your commission (issuing a refund immediately) if you behave inappropriately. Treat others how you want
to be treated.
6. I can do changes on your commission during the sketching phase for free up to 3 times.
I will only accept major changes to the drawing if it is done so before the end of the sketching phase.
If you would like any major changes afterwards, you must pay for it—in which case, prices will be discussed between me and the client. (Please fill out the form with as much information about what you want as possible so we can avoid this.) I will not accept AI generated references.
7. I have the right to post your commission on my social platforms, unless you want to keep it private.(You can choose whether or not you want to keep the commission private in the form.)
8. Do not re-post commissions without crediting me, even if you may have paid me to draw for you, it's still my work and falls under my creative commons license.
9. Do not use any of my artwork as paid content for services, such as; Patreon, Ko-Fi Memberships, or Subscribestar. Additionally, I will not hold off on posting the commission so that you can profit off of my work first.
10. You are not allowed to use my artwork in any AI image generators.
11. You are, in no circumstance, ever allowed to mint my artwork as NFTs, nor associate anything about me or my works with the blockchain. I will issue a DMCA take-down notice if you attempt to sell my artwork, without my expressed permission to do so.
