Maintain high standards on the sidelines.Equipment & Space: Treat footballs, bibs, cones, goals, change rooms, and facilities with care. Everyone helps with setting up and packing down equipment—no exceptions.
Openness to Coaching: Players will be evaluated based on technical skill, decision-making, physical capability, and team balance.Best Fit for Development: You will be played in positions best suited to your growth and the squad's performance—not just where you WANT to play. A team-first attitude is required at all times.
