Native English Speakers - Paid Remote Voice Project

We are working with global technology teams to create and evaluate high-quality speech and language datasets.

We are currently inviting native English (UK/US/South Africa/Australian) speakers to participate in a paid remote voice-recording project. Selected contributors will read short prompts containing everyday language, names, and terms from fields such as medicine, law, and technology.

This application takes approximately 1 minutes and includes a short voice sample so that we can assess your natural accent, fluency, pronunciation, and recording environment before inviting you.

- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must submit your own natural, unedited voice.
- No professional microphone or voice-acting experience is required.
- Project scope, payment, timeline, and instructions will be shared once shortlisted

Please submit only once.

Please read out the below prompt as is without changing any words. Speak naturally with a normal pace.
"On a rainy morning, I decided to revisit a long-form conversation with William Shatner. I was less interested in collecting trivia than in observing how an experienced performer answers broad questions about curiosity and surprise. As I read, I marked places where the interviewer shifted smoothly from one subject to another without making the exchange feel rushed. Those transitions could help me improve my own conversational writing. Later, I plan to draft five open-ended questions inspired by the structure, not the specific content, and test whether they invite detailed answers. The exercise is mainly about pacing, attentive follow-up, and leaving enough room for an unexpected but relevant response."
