What Data Is Collected: Name, contact details, property location, developer details, and the specific property issues submitted.​
How Your Data Is Used: Strictly to assess case capacity, communicate regarding your inquiry, and analyze market feedback on new-build defects and pricing.​
Storage & Rights: Submissions are collected securely via Tally.so in password-protected, encrypted systems. Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request a copy of your data or ask for its immediate, permanent deletion at any time by sending a message to newbuild.audits@gmail.com
