The 1 + 2 = 3™ Business Systems Assessment is designed to help us understand your organization, identify areas that may require stronger systems or additional capacity and establish an appropriate next step.

The assessment follows three stages:

1 — UNDERSTAND THE BUSINESS
Sections 1–4: Organisation, Operations, Communications and Visibility.

2 — IDENTIFY THE NEED
Sections 5–9: Staffing & Capacity, Capability Transfer, Growth, Systems & Technology, and Challenge & Desired Outcome.

3 — OC PRESCRIPTION™
We then review your responses and relevant available business information to establish a preliminary assessment, identify opportunities and recommend an appropriate next step.

Please answer as accurately as possible. Where a question does not apply to your organization, select the closest available option or indicate that you are unsure.

Assessment scope: This is a preliminary business assessment. It is not a full diagnostic audit and does not include implementation, detailed process design or a guarantee of business performance. Further investigation may be required before specific interventions are prescribed.
