Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Support Intern based in Lagos and Abuja, Nigeria. The Sales Support Intern will assist with daily sales operations, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain effective communication with clients, and support team efforts to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include analyzing data, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with sales representatives to streamline processes.
Qualifications
1. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and performance metrics.
3. Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to effectively address client needs.
4. Excellent Communication skills for clear interactions with clients and internal teams.
5. Understanding of Sales Operations to support sales strategy and execution.
6. Proficiency with office software and CRM tools is a plus.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
