The Hearth 2026

Thank you for your interest in The Hearth - an island of coherence in a sea of uncertainty. It's a small cohort of 4–6 experienced leaders ready to move beyond the drive for competence and the achiever identity — to lead from coherence rather than performance. You'll be in a facilitated space with the group over four months. Places are limited.

This form helps us both assess fit — for you and for the group. There are no right answers. These questions are an invitation to reflect honestly rather than present well. You'll get the most from The Hearth if you arrive willing to be seen as you actually are — not as how you think you should be seen.
