Location, Times & Fees:
The event is slated to be held in Memorial Park on the following Friday Nights:
- May 1st, 3-10 pm
- June 5th, 3-10 pm
- July 17th, 3-10 pm
- Aug 7th, 3-10 pm
- September 4th, 3-9 pm
There are two vendor fee options for this year's event. Standard Space & Budget Space. The standard space will be in front of the White Rock Museum. Budget will be further down along the promenade.
Vendors are responsible for their own setup, including their own commercial-grade white or branded 10x10 popup tent. A minimum of 30lbs per leg is required! As per city requirements.
Please note: Vendors are required to pay for their own parking during the duration of this event.

Also, please note that at this time, we do not accept MLM or direct sales vendors in the market.

Hello@greatervanfoodtruckfest.com To ensure we can include the most amount of vendors at this year's market, we have created two vendor fee tiers to reflect the section you will be placed in at the market. Please select your preferred spot type:
Event Application & Acceptance: Due to the high number of applications, only successful applicants will be notified. We encourage interested vendors to apply early! Please ensure you are available for the market(s) you have selected before submitting applications. Successful vendors will be notified with a copy of the vendor contract and an invoice once confirmed. If your booking payment & contract are not received when due, your spot will be immediately released and given to the next applicant on the waiting list. Please note that vendor acceptance is not based on the order of application, but on the best fit for the market.
Refunds: Since your fee is directly applied towards hosting the event, cancellations made more than the market date will receive a refund of 50%. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 45 days before the market. Selling your spot to another vendor without approval is also prohibited. Market Commitment: Upon acceptance of joining as a market vendor, you agree to operate your booth for the duration of the event. Early takedowns will result in a $50 fine for the first instance, and in the case of a second instance, the vendor will be removed from all future events with no refunds.
Insurance: Due to the changing landscape event regulations, we now require market vendors to carry liability insurance. If you don't have insurance, we can connect you with our preferred broker to help you find a policy that suits your needs and budget.
