Lineup Counter Offer Application

Counter Offer is a month long, rotating chef-residency series hosted at The Test Brewery and curated by The Lineup. Each run features a different chef working a short, focused menu of bar food classics: Burgers, Wings, and Nachos.


Each chef will create their takes on these items that will be executed on a Friday and Saturday of a given month. Menus are intentionally minimal, built around high-impact, fast execution, and highly shareable items that pair well with beer.

Because we understand that the participant will not be able to attend every night, we will provide additional culinary support where needed. There is an expectation that the participant will attend a minimum of 2 nights during the series, but be responsible for all prep and ordering.

A few things built into the format:

- The burger will need to be offered with both a meat and a veggie patty option

- The nachos base is vegetarian by default, with meat available as an add-on

- Prices for the items are locked

- The ingredient budget is the same for everyone

The next COUNTER OFFER will take place between the 11th and 26th of September, 2026.
