Beach Brew is always looking for teachers, retirees, and older, more mature staff (25+) who are available during the summer to fill some of our operational and managerial roles.
We're in search of more mature cafe staff, beach restockers, and warehouse managers.
Beach Restockers are responsible for getting our baristas to the beaches, driving on the beach to replenish supplies, and picking up baristas.
Warehouse managers work to ensure our operation goes smoothly throughout the summer, you would be responsible for leading and managing dishwashers and baristas at the end of the day.
Mature cafe staff are given more responsibility than our regular baristas.
Note that these positions are for Wildwood only.
