I charge a flat rate of US$3 (~AU$4.50) per 100 words written, paid in full on completion without need for initial deposit. Invoices will be offered through Stripe upon confirmation of satisfaction with my work.
Depending on other variables such as time constraints, pricing may be subject to change, and I will communicate any such changes as soon as possible.
If the commission ends up stretching into a longer piece, I may ask for checkpoint payments, which will often be a majority portion (>50 percent) of the length already written out, but can depend on overall or expected length. As an example, a 6000 word work in progress might have a checkpoint payment for at least 3000 words of the written work. Similar to final invoices, these will be offered upon confirmation of existing work.
