We're curating a variety of vendors offering great holiday gifts and end-of-year deals.
Vendor fees (early-bird rate when you apply by Sunday, November 1)
- Standard spot: $100 early bird, $125 after November 1
- Food vendor spot: $150 early bird, $200 after November 1
- Premium spot (high-traffic location, only 10 available): $150
Every spot includes one 6-foot table and two chairs. Drink-only vendors pay the standard rate.
Food vendors: you'll need a valid Food Handler Certificate, and a temporary food permit from Manitoba Public Health if you prepare or serve food at the market. We'll ask for these in the form.
How it works
1. Apply using this form by Sunday, November 29, 2026.
2. We review applications and email you if you're approved.
3. Your approval email includes payment options: Interac e-Transfer (no extra fee) or pay online by card (a 2.4% card processing fee applies). Please pay within 5 days of approval to secure your spot.
Refunds are available on request until November 26, 2026. No refunds after that date.
