Partnerships Lead

As our Partnerships Lead, you build and own the relationships that expand Rightview’s reach across the drug development ecosystem: clinical sites, CROs, technology platforms, and life science organizations.
What you'll do •Identify, source, and close strategic partnerships across the life sciences ecosystem •Own partner relationships end to end, from first conversation to launch and ongoing growth •Work cross-functionally with engineering and leadership to shape joint offerings •Represent Rightview at industry events and in front of senior stakeholders •Build the repeatable playbook and pipeline for how we approach partnerships •Bring market and partner feedback back into product and go-to-market strategy
What we're looking for •5+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales •A track record of sourcing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals •Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with senior stakeholders •Comfort operating independently and building process from scratch •Willingness to travel to partners and industry events
Nice to have •Experience in clinical research, pharma, life sciences, or health tech •Early-stage or startup experience
