We’re so honoured that you’d like to share your wisdom with our village.

Raising Mamas supports mothers across the Sunshine Coast and North Lakes through intimate, welcoming groups designed to nurture connection, encouragement, and meaningful education in the early years of motherhood. Each session brings together a beautiful group of around 10–15 mums in a space that feels safe, supportive, and deeply connected.

We currently offer two core programs:

The First Year Program (0–12 months) Our baby groups are split into two age-based sessions and run across the following locations: • North Lakes (Axis Church): Monday, Tuesday & Thursday • Buderim (Goodlife Community Centre): Monday, Tuesday • Maroochydore (The Community CoLab): Tuesday • Caloundra (Meridan Community Centre): Wednesday, Thursday • Peregian Beach (Peregian Beach Community House): Monday, Thursday • Gympie (SEQ Training): ?

Session times: • 0–5 Months: 9:00–10:30 AM — Speaker presents 9:30–10:00 AM • 4–12 Months: 10:30 AM–12:00 PM — Speaker presents 11:00–11:30 AM

Where possible, we love for speakers to present to both sessions on the day. This allows for a more cohesive experience for our mamas and creates a smooth, well-supported flow across the morning.

Bloom (Pregnancy Village) Bloom is our pregnancy program, supporting mamas from 16–37 weeks as they prepare for birth and early postpartum. These sessions run in the evenings and are designed to hold, inform, and connect women in this transformative season.
