Palm N Pixel – Official Media Partner

By purchasing and/or using an MC26 Media Pass, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with the official Media Rules, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

I understand and agree to the following:

General Acknowledgements
MC26 Independent Media Pass

☐ I understand that an MC26 Media Pass is an accreditation privilege and may be suspended or revoked at any time if I fail to comply with the official Media Rules or staff instructions.

☐ I will always wear my official Media Pass accreditation while operating within the venue.

☐ I will follow all instructions given by the Media Manager, Event Staff, and Security Personnel.

☐ I understand that competition operations and athlete safety always take priority over media activities.

☐ I understand that Palm N Pixel and Marbella Championship reserve the right to modify media access, shooting positions, or operational procedures at any time.

☐ I understand that purchasing a Media Pass does not guarantee unrestricted access to all areas of the venue.

☐ I understand that my Independent Media Pass allows me to work only from designated media areas.

☐ I understand that access inside CF1 – SUN and CF2 – SAND is not permitted.

☐ I understand that this pass is intended for general event coverage only.

☐ I will not offer, advertise, or sell photography or videography services directly to competing athletes during MC26.

☐ I will not interfere with the Official Palm N Pixel Media Pack Service or the MC26 Volunteer Media Team.

☐ I understand that any commercial activity contrary to the Media Rules may result in immediate removal of my accreditation.

MC26 Athlete Media Pass

☐ I understand that this pass is valid for one approved photographer or videographer representing one registered athlete only.

☐ I understand that access inside CF1 – SUN and CF2 – SAND is not permitted.

☐ I will only photograph or film the athlete for whom this pass has been approved.

☐ I understand that this pass is not an Independent Media Pass and may not be used for general event coverage or commercial work for other athletes.

☐ I will not interfere with the Official Palm N Pixel Media Pack Service or competition operations.

☐ I understand that failure to comply with the Media Rules may result in immediate suspension or revocation of my accreditation.

4. Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of the MC26 Independent Media Pass and the MC26 Athlete Media Pass, issued by Palm N Pixel S.L., Official Media Partner of Marbella Championship 2026.

By purchasing or using an MC26 Media Pass, you agree to the following terms.

1. Accreditation

A Media Pass is an accreditation that grants limited media access during Marbella Championship 2026.

It is not an employment agreement, sponsorship, partnership, or guarantee of unrestricted venue access.

Palm N Pixel reserves the right to approve or reject any application.

2. Media Pass Types

Two Media Passes are available:

MC26 Independent Media Pass MC26 Athlete Media Pass

Each pass has different permissions and restrictions.

3. Access Rights

Media Pass holders may access only the areas assigned to their accreditation.

Access to restricted areas, including CF1 – SUN and CF2 – SAND, is prohibited unless specifically authorised by Palm N Pixel.

Access permissions may change at any time for operational or safety reasons.

4. Athlete Media Pass

The Athlete Media Pass:

is valid for one approved photographer or videographer only; is linked to one registered athlete; may only be used to capture that athlete; may not be transferred to another athlete or person.It is not an Independent Media Pass.

5. Independent Media Pass

Independent Media Pass holders may:

capture general event content; work only from designated media areas; bring professional camera equipment into approved areas.

Independent Media Pass holders may not:

provide commercial media services directly to competing athletes; interfere with the Official Media Pack Service; enter restricted competition floors without authorisation. 6. Commercial Activity

Only Palm N Pixel is authorised to provide the official athlete Media Pack Service during Marbella Championship 2026.

Independent Media Pass holders may not advertise, sell, promote, or arrange photography or videography services with competing athletes during the event.

7. Conduct

Media Pass holders agree to:

follow all Media Rules; comply with instructions from Palm N Pixel, Event Staff, and Security; behave professionally and respectfully; avoid obstructing athletes, judges, volunteers, spectators, or event operations. 8. Equipment

Professional cameras, lenses, video equipment, stabilisers, monopods, and similar equipment may only be used by approved Media Pass holders.

Palm N Pixel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment.

9. Suspension or Revocation

Palm N Pixel may suspend or revoke any Media Pass immediately if the holder:

breaches these Terms; breaches the Media Rules; enters restricted areas; ignores staff instructions; creates safety concerns; interferes with competition operations; conducts unauthorised commercial activity.

No refund will be issued if accreditation is revoked due to a breach of these Terms.

10. Refund Policy

Media Pass purchases may be cancelled for a full refund until:

3 September 2026 – 23:59 CEST

After this date, all Media Pass purchases are final and non-refundable.

11. Limitation of Liability

Palm N Pixel and Marbella Fitness Events S.L. are not responsible for:

changes to competition schedules; restricted access due to operational requirements; weather conditions; cancelled workouts; loss of photographic opportunities; equipment loss or damage. 12. Photography & Filming

Media Pass holders remain responsible for ensuring that their photography and videography activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Palm N Pixel does not acquire ownership of content created by Media Pass holders.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected during the application process will be processed in accordance with the MC26 Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR legislation.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.
