Vendor arrival/setup: 7:00 AM
Vendors must arrive by 7:00 AM so setup is completed before the event opens at 8:00 AM.

Tables, chairs, and tents are limited.
Availability: Tables, chairs, and tents are limited. Reservations are first-paid, first-served, and your space is confirmed only after payment is received and matched to your registration or an alternate payment arrangement is approved.
After selecting your seller space and any add-ons above, calculate your total and send the full amount by Venmo to @popestate.

Quick vendor-rules summary
Keep your setup within your reserved space, secure tents/displays, keep the area safe and clean, follow staff instructions, and comply with all applicable permits, taxes, health rules, and laws. Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, transactions, and personal property. Pop’s may require unsafe or noncompliant merchandise or vendors to be removed.
Event-day reminder: vendors must arrive by 7:00 AM on Saturday, October 3, 2026 and complete setup before the swap meet opens at 8:00 AM.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event are eligible for a booth-fee refund, less non-refundable processing fees. Cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, and vendors removed for rule violations are non-refundable. If Pop’s cancels without rescheduling, booth fees will be refunded subject to non-refundable third-party fees. Rescheduled-event fees transfer to the new date; additional details are in the complete packet.
