Back-up list LGW? 2026

Hi there!

We are beyond thankful you are excited to help at Le Guess Who? 2026. We have reached our maximum applications and therefore it is only possible to apply for our back-up list. We work with a back-up list, because not everyone who applied is available anymore or because of other reasons have to cancel their application.

This means that when you apply for our back-up list, we will contact you on a short(er) notice, to check if you're still available to help as a volunteer. This could be two weeks before the festival, a few days before, or even on the day itself - depending on your time window preference for when we may reach out to you.
I'd also like to mention that via this application it's not a guarantee you will be a part of this year's Le Guess Who?, but it's still possible, because of last minute cancellations that happen every year. So: this would really be of great help! <3

Would you like to gain work experience and have a peek behind the scenes of the production of a festival? Become part of a community of like-minded music lovers from all around the world? Discover new artists, encounter instruments you have never even heard of and enjoy the shows at the festival? This is your call! Tasks for volunteering include: merchandise, serviceteam, barteam, ticketing, information desk, catering runner, flex-team and volunteering during the Satellite events.

The festival takes place from 5 till 8 November 2026 in the city of Utrecht. As a volunteer you’ll gain free access to the festival, meals during your shifts, a one-of-a-kind T-shirt and of course lots of love <3. We unfortunately cannot provide travel expenses and accommodation.

Please note that being a volunteer comes also with a sense of responsibility. When you’re part of our team, we, our crew, the audience and the artists are not only super grateful for your help and support - we will also be counting on you during the festival. Together we make the festival happen!
