I understand that participation in instructor-led Pilates classes involves physical exertion and the risk of musculoskeletal injury. I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily and at my own risk. 🧘🏽♀️
I hereby release, waive, and discharge ELLAS Brands (Latina AF Wellness Club), its founder(s), employees, contractors, and event partners from any and all liability for injury, illness, death, or property damage arising from my participation in events. I acknowledge that fitness instruction is provided by an independent certified instructor and release ELLAS Brands (Latina AF Wellness Club) from liability arising from such instruction. 🙌🏽
I grant ELLAS Brands (Latina AF Wellness Club) permission to use photographs, videos, and other media captured during events for promotional purposes including but not limited to social media, website, marketing materials, and press. I understand I will not receive compensation for such use.
I confirm that I am physically able to participate in wellness activities including Pilates and have consulted with a healthcare provider if necessary. I will inform event staff of any medical conditions that may affect my participation.
I agree to conduct myself respectfully, follow event guidelines, and understand that disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
I acknowledge that event goodies and product samples are provided by third-party vendors. ELLAS Brands (Latina AF Wellness Club) is not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse responses to any samples consumed or applied during the event. I take full responsibility for reviewing ingredients before use.
