We're doing something different.
YouthPay is building financial infrastructure for the next generation, starting with payments and financial access for minors. Instead of reading resumes, we're looking for builders. People who can think, ship, and execute under pressure.
This hackathon is our way of finding future founding team members.
The winner will be considered for the role of Co-Founder & CTO with meaningful equity. Exceptional participants may also be considered for Founding Engineer positions.
Who We're Looking For
- Strong builders who can execute quickly.
- Engineers, hackers, product builders, and technical operators.
- Fintech experience is a plus, but not required.
- Candidates based in Karachi are preferred.
- Candidates from anywhere in Pakistan are encouraged to apply.
- International applicants are welcome as well.

Selected participants will receive the complete challenge brief, product requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions via email before the event begins.
