A €200 registration fee applies to all categories and is paid upon submission.
A €50 reduced registration fee is available to applicants experiencing financial hardship and to applicants residing in eligible low- and lower-middle-income countries. The reduced registration fee applies to all categories and is paid upon submission.
The registration fee is non-refundable.
Applications will only be considered complete once the registration fee has been received and all required application materials have been submitted.

Applicants requesting a reduction on the basis of financial hardship are asked to provide a brief declaration of financial need. Supporting documentation may be requested where necessary.
For ensemble applications, the fee is paid once per ensemble and not per individual member.
For community initiative applications, the fee is paid once per initiative and not per individual participant or representative.
