Thinking about joining the First Annual Penticton Night Market?

Honestly, we hope you are.

We’re filling Gyro Park with great vendors this season and we’re always looking for people bringing something fun, interesting, delicious, useful, beautiful, or just plain cool to the table.

Big businesses, small businesses, side hustles, handmade goods, curated finds, services, and yes, select resellers too. If people stop at your booth and say “oh this is awesome,” you’re exactly who we want here.

Good vendors make great markets, and great markets make Thursday nights downtown even better.

Season runs from the first Thursday in May through the second Thursday in September 2026. Gyro Park, downtown Penticton next to Okanagan Lake. Market hours: 5:30PM to 9:30PM.

VENDOR PARTICIPATION TYPE

How will you be joining us this season?
Full season is 16 Markets total.

Drop-in vendors are required to submit full payment within 48 hours of acceptance. Selected dates are confirmed once payment has been received.

Instalment plans are made in two payments, first upon 48 hours of acceptance, second due by May 1st.

Once accepted into the market, you'll receive a confirmation email with payment instructions. We accept e-transfer (EFT) or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) through a secure payment link.

WAITLIST

Once a category reaches capacity, additional applications will be placed on a waitlist.

If space becomes available, waitlisted applicants will be contacted and given 48 hours to confirm their spot before it is offered to the next vendor
