Job Description

What you will work on

- Shoot and edit short-form (IG, TikTok) and long-form (YouTube, editorial) video content.

- Create high-motion edits featuring dynamic transitions, animations, and sound design.

- Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute videos tailored to diverse audiences (Gen Z to Boomers).

- Iterate on video styles using platform trends and performance analytics.

What we are looking for

- High proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.

- Deep understanding of social media trends, platform cultures, and viral mechanics.

- Strong eye for framing, pacing, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.

- Fast-paced execution with high attention to detail.

- Ideal if you own a professional camera and basic production kit (lighting/audio).

Preferred experience

- Creating both fast-paced Gen Z content and clear, engaging boomer/editorial videos.

- Background producing video for apps, education products, digital media, or games.

- Proven ability to adapt editing choices based on audience retention data.
