Whether you already have a business, have an idea, or are still exploring where to start, you will learn about managing and developing your business and how to use practical AI tools for research, planning, marketing, and customer communication.
اليوم الأول: مقدمة عملية عن الأسئلة الأساسية لأي مشروع: الفكرة، والعميل، والجوانب المالية، وبعدها مقدمة بسيطة عن إمكانيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وحدوده، وتمرين عملي على استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي بتطبيق علي فكرة مشروعك.
اليوم الثاني: استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في البحث عن السوق والمنافسين والعملاء، وتحويل نتائج البحث إلى خطة عملية لمشروعك وتجهيز خطة ومقترح بسيط لمشروعك يمكن مشاركتها مع عميل أو شريك أو جهة تمويل.
اليوم الثالث: العلامة التجارية، ومحتوى السوشيال ميديا بالعربي، والعروض الترويجية، ورسائل المبيعات لمشروعك، وبعدها جلسة تطبيقية للتعرف على أداة بسيطة بالذكاء الاصطناعي ممكن تساعد في الرد على العملاء وكتابة المحتوى.
اليوم الرابع: جلسة داعمة مبنية على تجارب حقيقية عن الثقة بالنفس، والتحديات، وواقع ريادة الأعمال، مع تحديد خطوة واضحة تكمّلي بيها.
Day 1: A practical introduction to the core business questions: the idea, the customer, and the money, followed by a simple introduction to what AI can and cannot do, a hands-on prompt exercise, and a practical exercise using your own business idea.
Day 2: Using AI to research your market, competitors, and customers, then turning your findings into a practical plan for your business. You will also develop a business proposal and a simple one-page plan that can be shared with a client, partner, or funder.
Day 3: Working on brand voice, Arabic social media content, promotions, and sales messages for your business, followed by a hands-on introduction to a simple AI agent that can support customer responses and content drafting.
Day 4: A supportive session built around honest founder stories, guided reflection, confidence, challenges, and peer discussion. Each participant will identify one clear next step.
