What you will work on
- Edit highly engaging, short-form videos (Reels &TikToks) that capture and hold the audience's attention
- Design seamless, scroll-stopping carousel posts tailored for social growth and engagement
- Execute high-motion edits featuring dynamic animations, fast-paced transitions, and high-energy motion graphics
- Incorporate custom art by utilizing your drawing and illustration skills to add a unique flair to our video assets
- Iterate on video aesthetics to align with current trends and platform cultures
What we are looking for
- Deep understanding of current social media trends, platform cultures, and viral content mechanics
- High proficiency in modern video editing software, animation, and motion design
- A design-obsessed mindset with a strong eye for pacing, typography, visual hierarchy, and overall aesthetics
- Custom illustration and drawing skills to enhance video assetsStrong attention to detail and the ability to produce fast-paced, high-quality work
Preferred experience
- Background in graphic design or digital illustration
- Experience designing content for Gen Z audiences, education products, apps, or games
- Understanding of social media analytics and how to adapt editing styles based on performance data
