HR Generalist

About The Role We are looking for an HR Generalist to support both recruitment and internal HR operations, ensuring smooth employee management and a strong workplace experience.

Responsibilities:

-Source talent and filter applicants

-Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring process -Build and maintain candidate database -Manage employee records and HR files -Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave tracking -Support employee engagement and experience initiatives

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Good organizational and multitasking ability -Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment -High attention to detail and confidentiality
Nice to Have
-Previous experience in HR or recruitment
-Familiarity with HR tools or ATS systems -Understanding of payroll and attendance systems -Background in business administration or related field
