We offer one makeup class per month if your child is absent for general reasons. Any lessons rescheduled 24 hours ahead of scheduled class will receive a makeup. Please make note that our policy states that any classes rescheduled under 24 hours is considered a missed class. Missed classes compromise care for our students because we are unable to fill the slot for other students in need. Rescheduling must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled class. Unless we receive your notice 24 hours in advance, one class will be accounted for the week and your submission will not be accepted.
In the event of a last-minute emergency illness, we accept medical substantiation (upload below) to reschedule makeup. There is no rescheduling for missed scheduled makeup class. Makeup must be scheduled within 7 days of the missed class. Makeups cannot be rollover to the end of unused lessons. Unused/missed lessons are non-refundable/non-transferable. If your rescheduling request is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation with makeup date and time.
