Marketing Associate, Growth

Are you a former IB, GCSE, IGCSE, A-level, SAT, or AP student? Do you get Gen Z culture, pick up on trends early, and immediately understand why one video works while another feels forced?

You might have strong social media instincts. You might know how to build and manage a creator program. You might be great at design, email marketing, paid ads, copywriting, community growth, content strategy, or something else entirely. We are interested in people with strong marketing judgment, even when their skills do not fit neatly into one role.

Requirements:
Understand at least one of the following student communities properly: IB, GCSE, IGCSE, A-level, SAT, or AP.
Demonstrate strong instincts in social media, creators, email, paid growth, design, copywriting, community, or another area of marketing.
Identify emerging trends, formats, conversations, and cultural moments relevant to student audiences.
Create or contribute to high-quality content, campaigns, creative assets, creator briefs, emails, or growth experiments.
Understand the difference between content made for Gen Z and content written by a brand trying to sound like Gen Z.
Show strong judgment around branding, audience, tone, and what students will save, share, trust, or ignore.
Work proactively, take ownership, communicate clearly, and follow through without needing constant direction.
Learn quickly, test ideas, review performance, and use results to decide what should be improved, repeated, or stopped.
Share examples of work, projects, accounts, campaigns, or results that show what you are good at.
Students and recent graduates from all years and disciplines are welcome to apply as long as they possess relevant skills.
