LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating as a volunteer at Paws at Grace Ridge at The View at Grace Ridge.

I understand that working around animals, crowds, and event activities may involve certain risks, including but not limited to minor injuries or contact with dogs and equipment.

I agree to assume all risks associated with my participation and release the event organizers, volunteers, venue, and sponsors from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate and will follow all safety instructions provided by event organizers.

I agree to volunteer and understand I may be assigned to a different role if needed. By submitting, I confirm I am available for my selected shift(s).
