Your go-live date is the date your listing becomes visible to parents on Little Ones Event Directory. It's also the date your billing cycle begins (your first invoice will be issued one month after this date, then monthly from there). Choose a date that gives you enough time to review your listing before it goes live. If you're unsure, pick a date a few days from now so that you have enough time to send your 10 photos to admin@babypartyhire.com

Supplier Terms & Conditions Pricing & Commitment:

- Ongoing: $50/month (AUD), billed via Square Payments - Month-to-month, cancel anytime

Listing & Payments:

- Monthly invoices are sent via Square Payments to your nominated email - Your first invoice is issued one month after your go-live date, then monthly from that date - Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date - Late payments may result in listing suspension

Cancellations:

- Email cancellations to billing@babypartyhire.com - Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle - No refunds for partial months

Content & Changes:

- You retain ownership of all photos and content you provide - We reserve the right to edit listings for clarity and consistency - You give permission for images of your business to be shared on social media with credit - By submitting photos containing identifiable children, you confirm you have obtained consent from their parent or legal guardian to use those images commercially - Profile changes can be requested via admin@babypartyhire.com
