 Starlit® Travel Guide currently offers bookings for U.S.-based Disney® and Universal® destinations only. This includes Disney® and Universal® Resorts within the United States.

We do not currently book international theme park locations such as Disneyland® Paris, Tokyo Disney®, Hong Kong Disneyland®, or Universal Studios® in other countries.

 We are proud to offer international bookings for hotels, airfare, and guided tours worldwide! Explore destinations across the globe with our comprehensive travel services.

 If you are a guest traveling from outside the United States, you're welcome to book a U.S. Disney® or Universal® vacation through us! Please note that we may require valid travel documentation (such as a passport or visa) to ensure a smooth booking experience.

This agreement outlines the communication methods and support services we will use to coordinate your bookings and reservations.

Dedicated Agent Services Such as ( Email, Phone Calls, Text, and Social Media )

To provide you with personalized service

we will assign a dedicated agent to manage your bookings and reservations.

Agent Change Policy

We want you to feel comfortable with your assigned agent. If at any time you would like to change your agent, you may do so . Simply contact our customer service team, and we will assign you a new agent who better suits your preferences.

Section 5.1 | Starlit Liability

You are here by agreeing that Starlit is not responsible for any changed dates , inclement weather, or injury that can happen on your trip, and as to StarLit cant provide Medical Help if needed but we will provide information for it.

Policy Number: 305 - M - Force Majeure Clause

Uncontrollable Circumstances: StarLit is not liable for service disruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, wildfires)

Severe weather conditions
Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
Political unrest, civil disorder, or terrorism
War or military action
Labor strikes or disputes
Government actions, travel bans, or border closures
Mechanical breakdowns or technical failures

Force Majeure Resolution: In such events:

Refunds subject to supplier policies (often limited or unavailable)
Rebooking options provided when possible
Travel insurance strongly recommended for protection
StarLit will assist with alternative arrangements when feasible
