Waivers

LIABILITY WAIVER:

I understand that when my child (henceforth “THE DANCER”) is participating in any dance lesson, class, workshop, rehearsal, or performance, there is a possibility of physical injury. I voluntarily agree to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury or accident that might occur to THE DANCER during any of these activities.

I also agree, on behalf of THE DANCER, to release and hold harmless Little Leapfrogs, LLC, its teachers (henceforth “Little Leapfrogs”), and/or The Johnson Center for Community Arts and Education from any cause of action, claims, or demands now or in the future. I will not hold Little Leapfrogs liable for any personal injury THE DANCER may incur or any property damage that may occur on the premises before, during, or after classes. Furthermore, THE DANCER understands and agrees to obey class and facility rules and to take full responsibility for their behavior, as well as for any damage caused to the facilities as a result of their actions.

MEDIA WAIVER:

During the dance year and at recitals, photos and videos may be taken that include your child. These images may be used by Little Leapfrogs, The Johnson Center, and/or Torri Adams for advertising, social media, community presentations, educational purposes, and other media. While we will never tag you or your dancer, posts may be tagged with Little Leapfrogs, The Johnson Center, and/or Torri Adams, allowing others to view photos that include your dancer. Other participants may also tag themselves or their dancers, which could make these photos visible to mutual friends and family members.
