Raha Foundation Ambassadors Recruitment Form

Raha Foundation is a Hyderabad-based non-profit organisation working towards bridging the gender equality gap, promoting inclusivity, and creating positive and sustainable change across society. Our organisation is dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through education, health, and social development initiatives. Job Descriptions for Available Posts:
1. Content Ambassador
• The Content Ambassador will help Raha Foundation communicate its work, ideas, and impact through meaningful and engaging content. This includes creating content for social media, blogs, campaigns, events, and other communication platforms. The role also involves storytelling around women’s empowerment, gender equality, inclusivity, and social issues, while ensuring that Raha’s voice remains consistent and authentic.
✓What we look for:
• Strong communication and writing skills, creativity, an understanding of social issues, and the ability to communicate thoughtfully and responsibly. Someone who enjoys writing, storytelling, and creating content that connects with people.
2. Finance Ambassador:
• The Finance Ambassador will assist in maintaining clear and organised financial records for Raha Foundation. The role will involve tracking donations and expenses, supporting budgets for campaigns and events, maintaining relevant documentation, and assisting with basic financial reporting.
✓ What we look for:
• Someone who is organised, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets. Integrity and discretion are particularly important for this role.
3. Design Ambassador:
• The Design Ambassador will support Raha Foundation’s visual communication by creating designs for social media, campaigns, events, presentations, and promotional material. The role involves working closely with the content and outreach teams to ensure that Raha’s communication is visually consistent and reflects the organisation’s identity and values.
✓ What we look for:
• Creativity, a good eye for design, attention to detail, and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar platforms. We value individuals who can bring fresh ideas while keeping communication clear and purposeful.
4. Outreach Ambassador:
• The Outreach Ambassador will help Raha Foundation build meaningful connections with communities, organisations, institutions, volunteers, and potential partners. The role includes supporting outreach initiatives, spreading awareness about Raha’s work, assisting with events and campaigns, and helping ensure that our initiatives reach the people and communities they are intended to serve.
✓ What we look for:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, confidence in interacting with people, empathy, initiative, and the ability to build genuine relationships. Someone who is comfortable stepping out, connecting with people, and representing the organisation responsibly.
