MVMT CERTIFIED HIP-HOP TRAINING PROGRAM — INTAKE FORM

MVMT CERTIFIED is a training-focused hip-hop program designed for dancers looking to develop stronger foundations, movement understanding, artistry, and authenticity within hip-hop.

This is not a competition team. The program focuses on consistent training and development through grooves, rhythm, isolations, footwork, musicality, freestyle/application, movement quality, and performance.

Please complete the form below to begin the intake process. Selected dancers will be contacted with an invitation to attend our upcoming evaluation session.

Evaluation Session: September 20 | 11 AM–12 PM
Evaluation Fee: $20, due upon invitation
Program Tuition: $160/month
Training Begins: October 4

Availability

I understand that MVMT CERTIFIED trains Sundays from 11 AM–1 PM beginning October 4 and tuition is $160/month.

I am available for the September 20 evaluation session from 11 AM–12 PM

After your intake form is reviewed, you will be contacted with next steps. Dancers invited to the evaluation session will receive instructions to confirm their spot and submit the $20 evaluation fee.
