This registration form is for adult and child cultural classes that are open to the community for our Spring 2026 term (2/28/2026 - 5/16/2026). You DO NOT need to register for the "regular" full year of Chinese School to register for these classes.
If you would like to register your child(ren) for the "regular" full year of Chinese School for Mandarin or Cantonese, please use this form instead:

A student's participation in activities, events, or programs conducted by South Bay Chinese School, its employees and agents involve inherent and unavoidable risks of physical injury or harm, and, despite reasonable precautions, it is impossible for the School to enumerate or eliminate all possible risks or guarantee safety. For example, there are risks associated with all physical activities, sports and games, and the use of equipment, which may break, malfunction, or cause injury even when used as intended. We are always looking for people with legal background, finance/CPA, web design, social media, medical knowledge, teaching experience, event planning, Chinese cultural knowledge (kung fu, Chinese language (Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, or other) , Chinese dancing, Chinese instruments, Chinese games, tai chi, Chinese painting or calligraphy, etc.)
