First Access Advisory Board

This form is prepared for the purpose of expressing the intention of the undersigned party (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant") to actively engage in and support the objectives, vision, and activities of FaaB (First Access Advisory Board, hereinafter referred to as "FaaB"), in full agreement and alignment with its mission.
Article 1 (Purpose)
This form aims to establish a foundation for mutual cooperation and communication between the parties.
Article 2 (Statements and Confirmations by the Participant)
1. The Participant fully understands the objectives pursued by the sender.
2. The Participant confirms their continued interest in and willingness to use the sender's product.
3. The Participant acknowledges that their personal success case may be used for the improvement of the service and as reference material.
4. The Participant agrees to actively provide feedback for the development of the product and to communicate sincerely throughout the process.
Article 3 (Confidentiality and Use of Information)
1. The Participant shall maintain confidentiality regarding all information obtained during FaaB activities and shall not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.
2. The Participant agrees that their success case and feedback may be used for the improvement and development of the product.
Article 4 (Miscellaneous)
1. This Letter of Intent is not a legally binding contract but has been prepared based on mutual trust and cooperation between FaaB and the Participant.
2. Matters not specified in this Letter shall be determined in accordance with mutual agreement between the parties.
