What happens after you submit

We'll email you the documents to sign. To apply on your behalf we need:

1. Form AA4/8 (codice fiscale application to the Agenzia delle Entrate), pre-filled with your details – just sign it and send us a scan or photo.

2. A signed delegation letter (delega) authorising Fiscalino to submit the application and collect your certificate. We pre-fill it for you: you just add the date and your signature.

3. A copy of your ID document: passport for non-EU citizens, ID card or passport for EU citizens. The passport you upload above is usually enough.

We file your application only once we've received the signed documents.
