• Staff Backend Engineer – Own backend architecture and system design. 8–12 years, Node.js and/or Python.
• Data Scientist – Build LLM agents and models for credit risk, collections, fraud and churn. 2–7 years.
• Product Strategy – Decide what GoodScore builds next with the Founder. 1–3 years at MBB or top-tier consulting.
• Founder's Office – Strategy & Growth – Work directly with our Founder on strategy, growth and new product lines. 2+ years post-MBA.
• Performance Marketing Manager – Drive user acquisition and growth through data-driven campaigns across Meta, Google and other paid channels. 4–7 years.
• Staff Product Analyst – Drive product and business decisions through data: metrics, experiments and dashboards. 5–10+ years, strong SQL.
• Category Manager – Lending – Own growth, customer journeys, GTM and lender partnerships for our consumer lending products. 2–5 years in category management or product operations.
