F1NDX is an OSINT and cybersecurity education organization built around practical learning, responsible investigation, and work that has a clear purpose. Our team supports courses, CTFs, research, community programs, technical systems, communications, and partnerships. We are growing the team and looking for people who want to contribute their skills while continuing to learn alongside us.

Our Mission

F1NDX is a purpose-driven OSINT and cybersecurity education community dedicated to equipping individuals with the knowledge, tools, and ethical framework to navigate the digital world responsibly. Through structured training, community collaboration, and real-world application, F1NDX works to protect the vulnerable, pursue accountability, and advance the field of open-source intelligence.

Our Vision

F1NDX seeks to build a trusted path between learning investigative skills and applying them responsibly in the real world. We want people to leave F1NDX with more than technical knowledge. They should understand how to investigate carefully, protect privacy, communicate findings clearly, and recognize the responsibility that comes with access to open-source information.

That vision also includes Project F1NDX, our long-term effort to bring practical digital-safety education to children in foster care and residential programs while ensuring that the adults working with them are properly prepared and vetted.

F1NDX was built on the belief that access to cybersecurity and OSINT education should reach people who might otherwise lack the knowledge to protect themselves online. As the organization grows, F1NDX will continue developing stronger educational programs, practical CTF and investigative exercises, original research, professional partnerships, and carefully governed opportunities for qualified members to contribute to public-interest work.

The long-term goal is to develop capable investigators while extending useful digital-safety knowledge to the people and communities that can benefit from it most.

Current Opportunities

We are currently recruiting across Learning & Programs, Operations & Growth, Technology & Systems, and Community Support. Most F1NDX staff contribute about 5 hours per month, though the time needed can vary by role and current projects.
