This questionnaire is part of the final dissertation for the completion of the Master's Degree in Marketing at the School of Technology and Management of Viseu (ESTGV – IPV).
The study aims to analyse how Anthropomorphism, Coolness and Emotional Attachment influence Consumer Loyalty towards Artificial Intelligence (AI) Agents.
