Day 1 — 23 September

Arrival in Baku — The Weekend Begins

Arrive at Baku Airport, where your F1 weekend officially begins. Meet the local team and transfer toward the city.

Evening
Check in at the hotel and rest after the flight. The group will also receive a short race-weekend briefing covering General Admission access, walking routes, what to carry, and how to make the most of the circuit experience.

Night
Welcome evening at Baku Boulevard / Nizami Street. City lights, international fans, race-week branding, and the first taste of Baku’s F1 atmosphere.

Day 2 — 24 September

Old City, Modern Speed & First F1 Energy

Morning
Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a visit to Baku Old City, Maiden Tower, and the heritage streets where ancient walls meet the world of Formula 1.

Evening
Head toward the Baku City Circuit area using General Admission access. Explore open viewing areas, fan zones, merchandise stalls, food areas, and the overall race-week atmosphere.

Day 3 — 25 September

Practice / Qualifying Build-Up, Find Your Spot

Morning
Breakfast at the hotel. Relaxed morning for cafes, shopping, photos, or rest before heading toward the circuit.

Day 4 — 26 September

Race Day — The Main Event

Morning
Breakfast at the hotel. Get ready in your race-day fit and move toward the Baku City Circuit early with the group. General Admission areas can get crowded, so early arrival is important for a better experience.

Evening
Experience the Azerbaijan Grand Prix with General Admission access. Walk through fan zones, feel the crowd, hear the engines, and watch the race from open viewing areas around the circuit. This is the loudest, fastest, most electric moment of the trip.

Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. A slow final morning after one of the most high-energy weekends of the year.

Airport transfer according to flight timings.

General Admission tickets are included in the package. GA access usually allows entry to designated open areas and fan zones but does not include reserved grandstand seating. Viewing areas are subject to official circuit layout, crowd flow, security rules, and first-come, first-served availability.
