Appointment Scheduling & Fees

Early morning, after-hours, or off-day appointments may be accommodated upon request. Please contact us directly to request these times so they may be added to the schedule.

All booking fees are non-refundable.

Consent Forms & Health Policy:

All consent forms must be completed prior to your appointment. Once your appointment is booked, consent forms will be sent via email and must be completed before arrival.

COVID-19 Policy:

If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please refrain from booking until you have received a negative test result or have quarantined for 7 days symptom-free.

✨ Policies & Important Information ✨

1. Booking Fees:

All appointments including fills, touch-ups, and vacuum therapy services require a non-refundable booking fee equal to 50% of the full service price.

Booking fees must be submitted within 30 minutes of scheduling or the appointment will be automatically canceled.

Booking fees are transferable one (1) time only, provided the appointment rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the original scheduled start time.

Any rescheduling within 24 hours requires a new booking fee, regardless of prior transfers.

GROUPON CLIENTS:

A service fee is due at the time of booking in the amount of $10-$35 dependent on the service type.

All Serenity Spa & Beauty Bar policies apply to Groupon appointments. Any last minute cancellations or rescheduling will be enforced at the full original service price, not the Groupon rate. Your Groupon will remain valid for future use.

Limit: One Groupon voucher per client, limited to first time clients only

You must contact us prior to booking to receive the required coupon code.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows:

If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, please call us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Booking fees on all services are non-refundable should you decide to cancel your appointment for any reason. In the event that you need to reschedule, the original booking deposit can be transferred to a new appointment one time. Should you need to reschedule a second time, a new booking fee will be required.

Please note that short notice cancellations and/or reschedules are subjects to the following policies:

No call, no show at time of your appointment: The full cost of your scheduled service(s) will be billed.

Requests made within 12 hours of your appointment: The full cost of your scheduled service(s) will be billed.

Requests made within 12-24 hours of your appointment: A fee of $25 will apply on appointments scheduled to last 1.5 hours or more.

After your 2nd last minute cancellation, we will not allow further appointments to be scheduled online. Please call us to request an appointment as we may be able to accommodate you with an additional booking fee.

3. Arrival & Timing:

Please arrive on time.

More than 10 minutes late: $15 late fee

More than 15 minutes late without notice or approval: Appointment will be canceled and charged in full.

It is recommended to use the restroom prior to your service, as breaks will reduce service time.

4. Lash-Specific Policies:

Clients must arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup, mascara, and glue.

Lash baths are available for $5–$10 and will reduce appointment time.

Concerns or excessive lash loss must be reported within 48 hours for a complimentary touch-up.

Fill requirements: Minimum 50% retention required.

Touch-up requirements: Minimum 70% retention required.

Anything less will be charged as the appropriate higher service.

Excessive phone use or rushing the service will result in termination of remaining appointment time and the full service charge. (Lash clients only)

5. General Policies:

No children under 12 years old without a booked service.

Appointments may take 2–3 hours depending on the service, please plan accordingly.

Face mask requirements follow local Department of Health guidelines.

All services are non-refundable.
