By completing this Expression of Interest Form, your organisation is formally expressing its intention to participate in the Sport Integrity Action Month by organising and/or promoting an event, campaign, publication, training session or other initiative aligned with SIGA's mission and the Universal Standards on Sport Integrity.

All Expressions of Interest will be reviewed by SIGA to ensure alignment with the objectives, principles and values of the Sport Integrity Action Month. You will subsequently be contacted with further information regarding participation, promotional opportunities, and, inf needed, the submission of additional materials.

Our organisation agrees to comply with the Sport Integrity Action Month Participation Guidelines and Branding Guidelines provided by SIGA.

Our proposed participation is intended to support the objectives, values and principles of the Sport Integrity Action Month and contribute positively to the promotion of Sport Integrity.

I confirm that our organisation, to the best of its knowledge, is not currently subject to any criminal investigation, regulatory investigation, disciplinary proceedings or sanctions relating to corruption, fraud, match-fixing, bribery, money laundering, doping, abuse, safeguarding failures or other serious breaches of Sport Integrity that could reasonably be expected to bring the Sport Integrity Action Month or SIGA into disrepute.

We authorise SIGA to use the information, event description, organisation name, logos and approved promotional materials for the purpose of promoting the Sport Integrity Action Month 2026.

I confirm that I have the necessary rights and permissions to provide logos, photographs, videos, or other materials submitted to SIGA. I also confirm that I am authorised to submit this Expression of Interest on behalf of my organisation.

We acknowledge that the personal data submitted through this form will be processed by SIGA exclusively for the organisation, administration and promotion of the Sport Integrity Action Month, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
