SECTION 8: SCS PAYMENT STRUCTURE

For clean accounting, artist deposits and artist balances are paid directly to the artist/team or approved contracting entity. Any SCS booking coordination, placement, consulting, planning, media, design, or event management fee is paid separately to Soda City Social by the buyer/investor/event side unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This keeps the artist guarantee, SCS fee, venue costs, marketing costs, and event operating expenses clearly separated.

Third-party fees such as artist booking fees, DJ fees, venue rental fees, security, staffing, food, bottle service, deposits, and travel are separate unless directly stated in writing.

Quick note: If you catch yourself selecting half the menu, you may qualify for a Premium Event Package or Full-Service Event Discount instead of paying for every Soda City Social service individually. I’ll review your selections and recommend the best bundled option before confirming your final price.

PAYMENT POLICY

For smaller services under $500, full payment may be required upfront to confirm the booking.

For event packages between $500–$999, a 50% deposit is required to lock in the date. The remaining balance is due before coverage begins.

For event packages of $1,000 or more, a 60% deposit is required to begin planning / confirmation. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before the event.

For artist, DJ, host, or venue placement, the Soda City Social placement / support fee is due upfront before outreach, sourcing, or booking communication begins.

Third-party costs such as artist booking fees, DJ fees, venue fees, deposits, security, staffing, food, alcohol, and bottle service are separate unless directly stated in writing.
