We’re looking for a growth person who can do whatever it takes to grow, across channels, across formats, across priorities. This is not a corporate role, there is no comfort zone. Every week will look different.

🧠 What you will do

- Own growth projects end to end, from idea to execution to results

- Launch and iterate paid campaigns, from creative to targeting to performance tuning

- Improve conversion across the funnel, landing pages, onboarding, follow-up flows

- Build simple tracking that helps us make decisions without over-engineering

- Run fast experiments and learn loops, weekly

- Research new audiences and markets and turn insights into tests

- Do whatever is needed to hit growth goals, even if it is not in your “job description”

- You can handle both creative work and performance analysis

- You’re curious, you learn quickly, and you’re happy to jump into things you’ve never done before

✨ What We Offer

- You’ll work directly with Manuel Anok, a senior growth hacker with deep hands-on experience, alongside the founders, and you’ll learn fast through real projects, tight feedback loops, and daily execution - Salary €17,000 to €24,000 gross per year depending on experience. This is a full time employment offer - not a freelance collaboration
