Role Description

The Head of Business Development will be responsible for developing and executing the company's business development strategy, identifying new revenue opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and leading commercial teams to achieve business objectives.

This role requires strong knowledge of the CFD / Forex industry, partner networks, client acquisition models, and international market development.
Key Responsibilities

Business Development Strategy
• Develop and implement the company's business development strategy in line with overall corporate objectives.
• Identify new markets, growth opportunities, and commercial channels.
• Build business plans for regional expansion and new client segments.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.

Partnerships & Network Development
• Establish and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, and Strategic partners.

Revenue & Client Acquisition
• Increase client acquisition, funded accounts, and trading activity.
• Work with marketing and CRM teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
• Support retention strategies to maximize client lifetime value.
• Monitor sales pipeline and commercial performance metrics.

Team Leadership
• Lead and manage the business development team.
• Set targets, KPIs, and performance standards.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Build a strong performance-driven culture.
• Work closely with Compliance, Marketing, Operations, Retention, Finance, and Product teams.
• Ensure all business development activities align with regulatory and internal standards.
Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Forex / CFD / Financial Services.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and partnership development.
• Strong understanding of brokerage business models.
• Existing network within the Forex / CFD industry preferred.
• Experience with MT4 / MT5, CRM systems, and Affiliate / IB structures.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication in English (additional languages are an advantage).
