1) Payment, signed vendor agreement and PBC school district required Hold Harmless agreement (form PBSD 2496) must be received by the coordinator 48 hours prior to the event. Arrangements for delivery of payment/forms can be made by contacting the coordinator by text/phone or email.
2) A failure to comply with the guidelines and restrictions will result in permanent removal from the Park Vista HS Flea Market/Campus and a ban of future participation in the Flea Market.
3) Your reservation will be voided if used by any other person or vendor other than purchaser.
4) Vendors are responsible for their own signage at their booth and all sales activities must be confined to the limits of the assigned spaces including all displays and merchandise and product demonstrations.
5) Electricity cannot be provided.
6) No nails, stakes or any material may be driven into the pavement.
7) The Park Vista Band/PVHS administration reserves the right to refuse admission to any seller.
8) Anyone selling illegal or counterfeit merchandise will be asked to leave the campus.
9) No firearms, weapons, fireworks or dangerous items may be sold. Firearms/weapons of any kind are NOT allowed on the school grounds. Smoking/vaping is NOT allowed on the school grounds.
10) Vendors may not sell merchandise with PVHS Striking Cobra or PVHS band or PV high school logo.
11) Produce and plants may be sold but must be noted in your rental agreement. Food/drink is not allowed to be sold unless by express agreement with the event coordinator made prior to the event.
12) An attendant must be in charge of each vendor space during sale hours. If a vendor leaves their space unattended, the Park Vista Band/High School/PBC School district is not responsible for damaged or stolen merchandise.
13) All vendors must cease from doing business at the closing time of 1:15pm.
14) All vendors MUST clean up their space and exit the PVHS campus by 2PM. Those who refuse will be charged a $50 clean up fee or they will not be allowed to sell again.
15) The PVHS band/PVHS administration is not responsible for any damage to a vendor's merchandise, display, tables, chairs, or any other items brought by the vendor for sale/use at the event.
16) At the discretion of the Flea market Coordinator or their representative, the right is reserved to close down any vendor whose space is, because of method of operation, material, or for any reason, objectionable; and also, to prohibit or evict any vendor which, in the opinion of the coordinator/representative, may retract from the general character of the Flea Market as a whole unless the vendor rectifies the problem immediately. This includes persons, things, conduct, printed materials, or anything else that the coordinator/representative determines is objectionable.
The above rules and regulations are a part of the agreement between the vendor and the Park Vista Band program/PVHS administration. All points not covered are subject to the decision of the PVHS band/PVHS administration. Any specific regulations pertaining to the agreement, or the vendor space site becomes a part of this agreement.
