The Role

We offer a unique service to people involved in moving home, and the outstanding service of our Sales Development Executives (known internally as Move Specialists) is essential to our continued success and growth. You’ll be talking with customers who are experiencing one of the top 5 most stressful life events, and you’ll be offering outstanding services to reduce that stress! It’s a fast-paced role, with high expectations. We give you all the tools you need to succeed as well as a fantastic product to sell!

*Important: This is a UK-facing, phone-based position. Fluency in spoken English and a clear, neutral, and easily understood accent are mandatory and non-negotiable.

What you’ll be taking ownership of at Just Move In:

- Manage outbound and inbound customer interactions using the internal CRM and dialler system, engaging customers who have expressed interest through agency partners

- Arrange, confirm, and manage high-quality sales appointments for the Sales Specialist team

- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team-based performance targets and KPIs

- Build strong rapport and trusted relationships with customers to drive appointment conversion and retention

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by clearly educating customers on Just Move In’s services throughout the booking journey

- Qualify inbound customer enquiries and accurately assess suitability before passing to the sales specialist team

- Provide ongoing appointment support, including rescheduling and customer follow-ups, to ensure sales continuity

- Apply a range of sales and objection-handling techniques in line with internal coaching, training, and quality standards

- Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates within the CRM system to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy

- Adhere to call guides, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards to ensure consistent and ethical sales practices

- Contribute positively to team culture in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment while embracing change and continuous improvement

You must have:

- GREAT English Accent & NATIVE-LEVEL FLUENCY
- Relevant sales experience

- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets

- Strong objection handling and relationship-building skills

- Ability to gather and manage large amounts of customer information during calls

- Natural ability to build rapport quickly

- Comfort managing longer, detailed conversations

- High levels of resilience and emotional maturity

- Strong pipeline management capability

- Experience following structured call guides and maintaining compliance standards

- Fluent English communication (spoken and written)

- Clear, neutral, UK-appropriate speaking accent

- Salary: Competitive salary based on experience 

(Salary: 65,000 BDT + Sales incentives 10,000-25,000 BDT)
